Thank you for that information.  Is this the same scenario for the 825 impact driver vs. the 827.  Is the 827 impact driver better than the 825?

Is there any timeline chart out there for DeWalt drill/divers?
It is so unbelievably confusing and counterproductive, from marketing point, to have that many models around
