Tell a man there are 300 billion stars in the universe and he'll believe you. Tell him a bench has wet paint on it and he'll have to touch to be sure.

Hey, Thanks for the look inside!  For my money it looks like there is too much plastic where metal should have been.  By the way, do you tear open every tool you get your hands on?  Don't ask to borrow any of my tools! (just kidding)

I do enjoy tearing a part tools! It is certainly a fun hobby. If i borrowed your tools, they might get returned tuned and cleaned. Grin

It's a 19.2v 1.3Ah battery.

So,

Does it disturb anyone else to learn that:

The Samsung INR 18650-13Q battery cell (of which there are five) is a 3.6v cell
3.6 * 5 == 18v

The battery is marketed as a 19.2v battery -- which, given the inputs, is impossible.

This smells like a class action lawsuit to me.  They're claiming something that can't be, and we're all 6.67% worse off due to their misleading practices...

3.6 is a nominal voltage, fully charged the battery is 4.2v. They are using the 3.84v as a base for their calculation. I agree this is very deceptive because other brands who use 5s or 5s2p configurations report same cell packs as 18v.

This pack is a mini Ryobi (TTI) duplicate; might have same cells and electronics, but the software might be different.
