Im totally confused between the two, can someone please briefly explain to me the difference between the two models?

I'm planning to buy one but im unsure of which one to go for, please can someone be a help in hand. Thanks. Smiley

As far as I can tell, the DC925KBD is sold overseas, while the DC925KA (XRP) is sold in the USA.

I personally would go with the DCD950. It is the 5th generation of the XRP line of hammerdrills. Here is a comparison between the two.

Agreed, the 925 is the 4th Gen, the 950 is the 5th gen and 30% more efficient, better transmission, motor, and also has an LED light.
