Based on the specs, this is going to be the tool to beat for its size.  I just wonder how well it will perform in real world comparisons.  My Milwaukee 2650 impact driver has 70 in lbs more torque and 500 more impacts per minute than my DeWALT DC827, but my DC827 walks all over my 2650 in terms of providing more real world sustained torque and getting my jobs done faster.  I do like the feel of my 2650 better and it feels like a solid unit, but it's quite heavy compared to the lighter weight DC827.

Competition is good and helps raise the bar another notch higher.  I look forward to trying Bosch's new Litheon Impact Driver someday.

The 18v Litheon 4pc combo is down to $409 from $498 at Lowes.  Just picked one up yesterday.  Been saving up for this kit (i.e. hiding money from the wife Undecided).

I'm really curious to see how well the impact performs. If you get a chance, post up some info on it.
