I bought a DEWALT XRP 18V. DCK555X  about 3 weeks ago. My battery's die within 15 minutes of and when I go to charge them the light blinks pretty fast indicating replace pack. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?

Couple of things that could be the culprit. If you have a bad switch in one of the tools, it could cause an issue with the batteries. Have you used all three in the same tool from your combo kit?

Secondly it could be the charger? The likelihood that you have 3 bad batteries not plausible, but also not impossible. Swing them into your local Dewalt service center and have them checked out. If you don't have one near by, I'd just return them for an exchange.
