DeWalt Needs to Make these 3 tools to have the most versitile line of Cordless including Cordless Band Saw.

18v cordless bandsaw ships to distributors on June 13th.  It is long overdue, but I think that you will agree once you see it that it was worth the wait.

As far as the saner and planer go, at this point batteries just cannot run them efficiently enough.  Though I hate to make the comparison, look at the Ryobi sander.  It is an absolute piece of crap, runs for a few minutes, and never works very well during any point in the discharge cycle. 

So while I agree with you that they would be cool tools, I don't see it happening anytime soon.
