Can anyone tell me the difference between the codes on top of the batteries I have?  one has 389795-16 and 200633-ua japan and the other has 389805-14 and 200551-ua japan on it.  Are these made differently? or any better?

The first battery was made in the 33rd week of 2006, and the second battery was made in the 51st week of 2005.
