Impact driver kits
«

Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out the difference between the following impact driver kits:
1) DC825KA 1/4" 18V XRP KIT
2) DC827KL 1/4" 18V XRP LI-ION KIT
3) DCF826KL 1/4" 18V LI-ION KIT
They all seem to have the same 18v driver and I'm thinking the only difference (judging by the photos) is in the batteries and chargers included in each kit but I can't be sure.
Any help will be highly appreciated!

The only difference is the battery that it comes packed with, and usually the DC825 has the round NiCd footprint instead of the square lithium foot print. Aside from that, they are identical.

The tool will be the exact same in all of the kits (unless it has sat on the shelf for a long time, then it may still have the ni-cad footprint). The different model numbers designate the different batteries in the kit (ni-cad, XRP lithium ion, or Compact Lithium Ion.)

Nice website JAYB. Look's like it's a work in progress, good job on everything thus far. I don't think people will take it serious though when you have a Makita impact on the landing page!
